I think when Puneet was in the secret room with minisha he heard her say that Puneet is the evil mastermind😆 which is true but that is why he dislikes her so much .Completely forgetting the fact that he is perhaps the only contestant for whom Karishma gave up her make up(phone booth task).
Regarding Salman he just doesn't like her hence she is made fun of for anything she says.But its ok its Salman's choice
