Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was clicked at an event hosted by Smile Train India in Mumbai on Wednesday. Her dad Krishnaraj Rai also accompanied her.

The actress was crowned Miss World twenty years ago in 1994 on November 19. And to celebrate it she spent the day with the kids from Smile Train organisation. Aishwarya has also extended financial help to support 100 kids to facilitate their cleft surgeries.

She was seen mingling with the kids and even cut a cake with them. At one point, she even had tears in her eyes. But she is happy to be able to contribute and bring smile on their faces.

i still find it odd that she does this to honor her title. a remembrance to what she promised. nevertheless, its gotten some good done, so i cant complain.
