Kareena Kapoor's wax statue at Madame Tussauds gets a makeover! The actress recently unveiled the new look in London.
The gorgeous actress was in London to celebrate the 44th birthday of her husband Saif Ali Khan, and visited Madame Tussauds to pose with her re-styled wax replica, which now resembles her look in Chammak Chalo. Wearing an elegant Michael Kors dress, the actress made a pretty picture at the museum.
Kareena Kapoor was no less a sensation in the red Manish Malhotra saree in the Chammak Chalo song from RA.One, and now her wax statue is wearing that splendid creation.
"The saree looks really pretty, really spectacular and I always think that the figure's eyes are just like mine," Kareena said in a statement on the Tussauds' website.
The actress further says, "I wanted my fans to see my figure in an outfit that was known and loved from one of my films, and my favourite outfit to wear out is a saree, so I jumped at the chance to redress my Madame Tussauds figure in one. This is a moment I'll treasure forever."
Kareena Kapoor's wax statue earlier wore a costume from her movie Jab We Met. Kareena, who made harems popular, had her wax statue wearing black tank top and harem pants from Mauja hi mauja song.
Her re-styled wax statue now has an Indian touch. However, the nathni that Kareena wore for the Chammak Chalo song would have made the statue more attractive. Don't you think so?
