Prologue
"Sir, Vardhaan sir!" Randhir called out, catching up to his professor.
Vardhaan sir, who had been walking in the corridor stopped in his tracks and turned around.
"Yes Randhir?" he asked.
"Sir, can you give me and Sanyukta a task to do together?" Randhir asked, out of breath.
"A task? Interesting... very interesting," Vardhaan sir said, looking at him with wonder. "You just took part in a competition, and you want to do something else so soon?"
"Yes sir, I mean we don't want to waste time right?" Randhir asked.
In reality, he wanted Sanyukta to spend as much time with him as possible.
"Hmm, I will speak to Maya and we can prepone the contest. We thought our students deserved a break, but if this is the case, we might as well have the next contest now," Vardhaan sir said, still looking amazed.
"Thank you sir!" Randhir replied, flashing him a wide smile, before turning around and walking away.
He had to be around Sanyukta as much as possible to get her to confess that she wanted to be with him within seven days - if he hadn't made the bet, he knew that she would have easily confessed... but she was just as determined and stubborn as he was, and for that he had to play his cards well.
He had seven days to woo Sanyukta Agarwal.
