There are 2 diffeeent scenes of hugs
one hug is ranvi still a bit angry nd nihal in white shirt then nihal leaves in taxi
then one more place is there written taxi stand 
there ranveera baldev are v happy n hug nihal who is crying in different clothes pink shirt
i think there they go nd stop him but i won't be disclosed easily we have to see epi to know

and baldev also wear different clothes in both scenes so thats a seperate scene both hugs are not same scene

ya once he leaves from tractor scene in taxi
but another scene is shown of place called taxi stand where nihal baldev are dressed differently nd there ranvi is very happy n hugs again nihal who is crying n very happy
