Mina, going by the time at which Shabbir sent that msg it seems like it was yesterday night.. So, the last pages of this thread had the Maryland discussion at that time. Of course he wouldn't have gone through the whole 100 pages but in case he went to the last page, there is a chance he read the Maryland thingy..

However, I do remember reading his interviews that he was educated in the US.. it could be a different University or State.
