The perfect rape case to foist on - Page 2

BV CVs are defying the dominant mood and how!!

At a time when efforts are being made to get more women into politics ( we have an external affairs minister for the first time after Indira; and Anandi's namesake has become CM in Gujarat), BV chooses to show male political  empowerment!!

When the country is in a state of shock over the spate of  morbid rapes and murders in Uttar Pradesh and rise in sexual crimes against women elsewhere, BV shows two counter trends:

1)a rapist is indulged by his victim who thinks this the way to keep the family united

2) a government employee is shown to be a nympho at the 8 pm time slot. this from a channel that pretends to be coy and refuses to show close romance even between married couples

If the PA track had a proper back story and she and her boyfriend were plotting against Shiv it makes sense. But it turns out the BF was not even aware of what the PA was up to since leaving him.

So he gets together with her simply because he has heard the news.

What is the point of this? That women can be nymphos? Of course they can be, but what sense does it make for BV to show this?

What baffles me is the conduct of the PA  who is shown as a serial sexual predator.

How come she did not create trouble for her former boss when, after obviously enjoying her company,  he gave her the heave-ho?

She says she is upset with him for ignoring her. But she goes for Shiv who has no interest in her. And when she claims she badly needs the job.

How did she get this job in the first place? PAs in government service have to go through proper recruitment procedures. She can't just walk into jobs with a voracious sexual appetite as her only qualification.

It is clear from Shiv's frustrations that she is not pulling her weight in the office. So how indeed did she get the job?

I find it difficult to digest that she has no interest other than sex and her husband is oblivious to this fact

it is incredible that Rasika's reputation did not travel with her. She is a shirker and she had an affair with her boss. And she is not even subtle in her attempts which means the rest of the staff would know about the affair.

In government offices, this sort of thing spreads like wild fire. So when she goes to another office and accuses her boss, there will surely be whispers about her conduct.

Even in Shiv's office, the way she conducted herself was not hidden to the staff. Her jhatak-mataks in contrast to Shiv's well established reputation for being strict should have alerted the staff. Instead they believe that he was sending her a love note.

She also ticked off her husband in full view of the office.

Lie detector or Narco ðŸ˜²

Lie detector you can beat it if you believe the lies you are telling is the truth

Narco is usually used on Hard core criminals like murders etc that too as the last resort

If Rasika refuses to take it then there itself it will be proved that she is lying if you are right then take the test

Rasika test le toh bhi fasi nahi le toh bhi phansi

Lie detectors and narcos are not admissible in court though investigators can use them get clues to the crime.

Very good analysis Rohini ...from the beginning it self ...there are many questions and no convincing answers in this haphazard track ...it seems to demean the working women, they introduced this bold/ loud  character  Rasika  here ! What sort of a message they want to give here ???
Red ...very true !

It is not that all women are virtuous.

Offices do have the occasional  femme fatale who gets cosy with the boss. But she is usually the cause of huge resentment because she is the ante-thesis of the hard working, intelligent woman.

She is never the only woman employee but she is a contrast to other women with integrity and work ethics.

And in  most cases, the boss-female employee affair leads to some monetary or work benefits for the latter, which again leads to angst in the rest of the staff -- male and female alike.

But the only woman in the office as a sex maniac, who hops from boss to boss in search of carnal fulfilment, is difficult to digest for me.

Raskia is too loud, vulgar and come hither towards her boss to be a government employee

She could have been shown with more class, and a back story could have built where she collaborates with an enemy of Shiv to trap him.

She could have been shown as stealing important information and passing it on

If it had a builder whom Shiv annoyed or some such work-related matter, the track could have become a full-fledged professional track.

Here the great Shivraj Shekhar  has been pitted against whom -- a nympho!  who is nothing but that!!

God, he deserves a  better problem than this. And a better professional track than this.

There is an interesting subtext here is of woman's sexuality and her desires. A taboo subject.
It is a very interesting and complex subject.

Indian women mostly are passive and most fake.
Due to society, most women repress their desires.

While rasika is savita bhabhi type(is she?), she is not a true representative of sexually starved woman.

There are so many passions of crime being reported every second day.
