Brief Written Update Jodha Akbar 7th May 2014

At Amer the messenger reads out the message and everyone is haooy. Maina asks Bharmal why he seems unhappy??? Bharmal says all can forgive her but not him . He has put her to shame. Jodha tries to make him understand but he says the wounds have gone too deep he can only pray that she is happy wherever she is but it will take him time to accept this 

Jodha is standing in her room when Shehenaz comes and asks her are you crying??? She says do you think I always cry??? Shehenaz says your heart does because your love came here and you rejected it. Jodha says I didn't. Shehez says you didn't accept either and he loves you he even forgave your sister. Jodha says I don't know why as he does not understand love? Shehenaz says even animals understand love . He is human

At Darbar E khas Todarmal is present. Jalal offers him the post of finance minister and treasurer. He accepts but says he won't report to anyone but Jalal. Jalal says ok. The move does it go down well with maulavis. They don't like a Hindu being promoted 

Later in the evening Adham Sharif and maulavis discuss it. They biker about the posts being given to outsiders . Maulavis says they can't do anything as their powers are now reduced. Adham blames Atga for all this

Jodha tells the story of how they had met Todarmal to dadisa and dadisa asks her does she Remember  Jalal a lot???

Similarly Jalal also narrates the same story to Saleems and tells her why he chose Todarmal. He says he wants people who really can deliver and are just not hid praisers

Mahamanga calls her maids. Javeda says they have all gone but she can count on her. She is the best mom and in all good and bad times she will remain by her, Maham hugs her

Todarmal tells Jalal that there are discrepancies in the way taxes are taken. The people are not happy about it and they have no way of reaching him. The help is not reaching the people . Jalal ponders over it
