Why only BabaJi Ka thullu?

Myself Vanshika, And I am not at all from this forum but I was wondering to make this. Post from several days.

=> So The topic is about why Kapil Sir made Baba Ji ka 'Thullu' only?
Why not Babaji ka Haath/Sar/Paer/etc etc...

I think he chose the word thullu because it kinda sounds odd and maybe a lil funny to hear! If he chose sar, hath etc then it would sound ordinary
