I missed several episodes but watched this weeks...
Basically GD and Abhay did an act for the benefit of Nandini. In it Abhay says that he cannot continue with the games GD wants as Nandini won fair and square (about Rajveer winning the music competition so should be allowed to pursue music as his career). They have a pretend heated argument. Abhay says he quits, GD says she fires him. He walks out from there (of course Nandini is eavesdropping on this whole conversation). She sticks her nose into GD's business again and tells her to re-hire Abhay. (this is all falling into GD's plan of course).
Abhay comes back to work the next day, thanks Nandini and tries to be-friend her again. Nandini refuses to be friends again but then she feels bad as Abhay seems sincere. He asks if he can help her with the surprise b'day party she is planning for Rajveer. Nandini agrees. They discuss the theme and high five each other laughingly over a suggestion. RV sees them and asks what they were all happy about. Nandini tries to cover up and Abhay helps her and says he told Nandini a joke. RV asks to hear it too and Abhay tells him. RV says it was a good joke but why the high five????
Anyhoo, GD encourages the doubt that RV has now as she already planted ideas in his head as to why Nandini was so worried about getting Abhay his job back...
Next day, Nandini is off to the mundir. RV offers to give her a lift but she declines. As she's getting into her car, RV sees Abhay getting in with her. Abhay makes some quick excuse that his car is in the shop and he has to go somewhere and Nandini offered to give him a lift as it's on her way to the mundir. (this makes RV wonder more...)
Next, you see Nandini and Abhay getting ready to leave the mundir and Nandini says lets do the shopping for the surprise party. Abhay makes a suggestion about stopping in at the farm house to see if everything is ready for the party. Nandini agrees but says only after the shopping is done. (Abhay text GD that their plan is in action and they will be going to the farmhouse)...
RV calls Nandani as she's been gone for a while and Nandini lies to him saying she's still at the mundir. RV has doubts as in stead of bells you would hear at the mundir he heard the sound of car horns (this is because Nandani and Abhay are on their way to the farmhouse).
RV is getting restless at home and decides to go for a drive. His mom asks where he is going and he tells her for a long drive as he's bored. She says great and asks him for a lift to the farmhouse as she has a meeting there.
Nandani and Abhay arrive at the farmhouse and Abhay sees Nandani holding her head due to a headache. He makes her tea and adds sleeping pills to it. He gives it to her to drink (meanwhile, the decorations have already started and their are servants present). GD calls him to see where he's at and finds out he's there.
RV and GD arrive at the farmhouse and RV notices Nandani's car. They go into the farmhouse and there they see Abhay carrying Nandani in his arms (Nandani of course is completely unconscious from the sleeping pills but that fact seems to elude RV). RV proceeds to punch Abhay asking him what the hell is going on. Abhay apologizes and implies that he and Nandani are having an affair. GD manages to get RV to stop beating Abhay (by saying if someone sees it will be all over the media) and tells Abhay to leave...so he leaves...
GD pours salt on the situation and gets RV to leave from there. This whole time GD nor RV have gone back into the farmhouse to check on Nandani or ask her any questions😲😕
Nandani finally wakes up and sees that it is already 7pm and she also notices that no decorations are up and Abhay is missing.
She goes home only to find RV at the door. He stops her from entering the house and demands an explanation. The whole family shows up (even Abhay to continue with the charade). GD makes Abhay leave (which he does but he sticks around outside to listen to what's going on). Everyone's wondering what's going on and GD tells them that Nandani has loose morals and is having an affair with Abhay😲. Of course everyone else (save Dadi and RV's cousin sister (sorry can't remember her name) decide to castrate Nandani. Nandani decides not to answer any of these allegations as she says a relationship is based on trust. RV says she has to give an explanation but she refuses. GD says she has to leave then if she doesn't want to tell them what happened. Nandani just quitely walks upstairs to her room and starts packing her bag. RV goes up too and tries to get her to answer the allegations but Nandani again refuses. RV doesn't want her to leave but he tries to insist that an answer is needed. Nandani leaves the bedroom just as the clock strikes 12 (I guess the farm house must have been really far away as 5 hours passed😆). She wishes him a happy birthday and turns around and walks out. Dadi tries to stop her but Nandani asks her not to as if she does she won't be able to do as Dadi says.
She leaves and arrives home. Her dad is on her side, her brother is pissed off and wants to call RV and tell him exactly what happened but Nandani stops him. Then there's her mom who wants her to go back as what is she going to say to people when they ask what her married daughter is doing at home.
Oh and back at the mansion RV is upset and his mom keeps instigating him more saying it's good they found out now as it happened at home, what if the media had found out etc, etc,...
Anyhoo that is this week's episode...Sorry for the super long post...
