Today bhabo was accusing that sirje has all say and everyone should follow her rules and.  No one should go against her..isn't bhabo doing same thing at rp?if bhabo does its right if sirjee does it its wrong?share your views

Yes she is. That is because Bhabo believes in the proverb  'ek miyan main do talwarein nahi reh sakte' meaning there cannot be two swords in one sheath. A person cannot take instructions from two masters. Since Bhabo was the original dictator/ master of Sandhya, Sandhya has no business to follow anybody else. The RP has one autocrat and that is Bhabo. Bhabo alone has the authority to decide for one and  all. How dare Singhji intrude into Bhabo's terrain, her exclusive sphere of influence.
