Actually, as a stand alone film, I think Dhoom 3 was alright. The acting from the two leads (Aamir and Abhishek) was solid and the storyline was interesting. It had enough twists to keep the audiences entertained. And the songs were alright as well as was the dancing.
But yeah, when compared to the other Dhoom movies, it kinda falls.
The first Dhoom relied on the storyline + John's negative character. The second Dhoom relied on the insanely cool robbery stunts and the suaveness of Hritik's character. The third one was supposed to rely on the circus act and storyline as well I think. The story line was alright, but it kind of dragged a little. And the circus act wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be. I expected a little more.
