She was very average looking in the beginning, I don't know what she did but she looked great during Dostana/Fashion days. Those surgeries worked in her favour. Maybe she thought she could become even more prettier and went for further surgeries, which weren't required at all, and she is back to looking very average again.
Hopefully it's just a bad pic or something. Those surgeries from a few years ago actually did wonders to her face. She looked her best during Fashion and Dostana but now she needs to stop with these surgeries.
