Sheetal is an irresponsible, unfeeling woman. How can she taunt Khushi, while she has an affair on the side with her "friend". She can stand there and accuse Khushi of wanting to suck up to all the family members, well how is she supposed to get any of them to like her when she dismisses their attempts at friendliness, and scoffs at them. Hell she doesn't even deign to visit her ailing mother. And I'm sure she contributed to the Kapoors' plight . Or I should say she is one of the biggest reasons. And in spite of having an MBA, she just parties while her family has to go through hell. And Shyam- don't even get me started there. Disgusting man. And crap, now he knows. Shite.
