There are many ways to loss weight like diet plan,non surgical and surgical treatments,yoga  Exercise. but other than this simple weight loss idea is eating more vegetables and high calorie foods like honey,eggs,dark chocolate and getting more physical activities with daily morning walk help you to achieve your goals soon..

Whatever you eat, it doesn't matter, but you should focus on that how much calories do you need in a day rather then tips, exercise, and more. This is the main key point to everyone.
