to whom he said the curse rk/madhu?

Nothing he just said  Madhu will never change , she will again make them fight I don't know why he said that line that she will again make them because he was dying at that time.

Nothing he just said Madhu will never change her character that is helping some one selflessly  and the other person will think she is falling in love with him just like Sultan think ,before dying he said that she will make them fight again i.es RK & Sultan at some point time and I literally don't know why he said that.

God knows what was he saying?? Something like ' Yeh(Madhu) kabhi nahi badlegi, ek din tumse(RK se) sab kuch chin jayega, aaj tera( RK ka ) din tha, ek din mera bhi hoga' e.t.c . Marte waqt bhi bhai nahi sudhra tha.
