There at least Rk will experience for the first time the real fear of losing her, I mean yes it happened with Ballu and the fire and the terrasse scene but they were all short moments, but if they put Madhu in coma, and after gaining consciousness he comes to know that she lost her memory  then show me if Mr Rk will behave the same way as now!!
