For Sandhya (Deepika Singh) the protagonist of Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd's Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus, life is a battle in itself. While she gears up for her IPS training, problems at home front seem to be multiplying with time.
Earlier, Sandhya had hurt her eyes while saving Meena's (Kanika Ghai) truck getting burnt from crackers in a daring act of hers. And now Sandhya will narrowly avert a major tragedy when she will save little Kanha from an accident.
Our source tells us that Meena will again be at her evil best as she would be upset over the shop issue. In order to avenge Emily (Pooja Singh), she will lock Emily's parlour and throw away the keys. But the fact will be that she will fall flat in her own plan as she would not be aware of the fact that Kanha is trapped inside the parlour. And Kanha would be about to touch a electrical wire, when Sandhya in her own smart and tactful way save Kanha's life.
