Shlok is gonna tell ashta tommorow the reason

i think he going to tell her what she did in the party to him and his dad

From the spoiler, he is going to tell her the reason for his hatred i.e. the defamation of his and his baba's name due to her novice acts in the past. But I see this as the first step towards Shlok's downfall, as until today he had been telling her that he does not like giving anyone explanations and she can figure it out by herself. But Astha has won her first battle by constantly pursuing him which has forced Shlok to tell her the reasons behind. At the same time, she will get the final and hardest lash on her belief tomorrow when the truth breaks any ray of hope she may have been having about Shlok.
