well its not bcoz of knife its bcoz of shock that he is paralysed he was thinking knife to be fake n wen it actually turn out to be real one then he was in sudden shock thats y he didn't even make any noise at that time
Paralysis attack comes bcoz of shock n sometimes its not necessary to get shock also wen a person is continously being strained every now n then it cld happen
