Shakti Mohan is a contemporary dance who started her carrier in dancing from DID Season two.She is the winner of DID season 2 and has taken her classes from from the master Terrance Louis by Terence Lewis Dance Foundation Scholarship Trust in 2009. She has done her MA in Political Science at St.Xaviers University Mumbai.
Born to Bruj Mohan and Kusum she is the third among the four sisters Neeti Mohan, Kriti Mohan,Mukti Mohan.The four sisters share a wonderful bond and share fun time together the recent being their vacations to Goa.The four sisters are no less in their respective fields Neeti Mohan Being a singer,Kriti being a designer, Shakti into dance and MUkti into modelling and Dance
Shakti Mohan started her own Dance Calender in 2012 that continued in 2013 and the 2014 Calender is into process too.Shakti Mohan has launched her own dance classes online where she not one teaches dance but also answers the queries risen up by her students.The only motive behind this being that every aspiring dancer needs to learn dance without any barriers.
She is one beautiful soul that defines dance by her moves and has defined dance in the best possible way as
I dance because it is one thing in the world that makes me the happiest. Nothing in the world can take away it's magic from me. It connects to me on a very different level which cannot be described.
Dance is my way of life. Dance is not only for others to watch and get pleasure out of it but it is for your soul. It begins and ends in you.
