she is brilliant and I guess, Lajjo's first friend at her in-laws. I liked how she explained that Lajjo had rights in the house and on Nikkil now that she is his wife.
She is one of the few that truly has accepted Nikkil's marriage to Lajjo and also realises that Lajjo is a woman who may be simple but has self-respect. And Gunja's father sees that too.
