Eat lots of bananas and go to gym for workout. Once you leave the gym you will automatically start gaining weight

Eat a lot of pumpkin, beans, almonds, cashews, and peanuts.
 
Reduce carbs. Increase more protein. Get some supplements.
 
Slowly start with light weights. Dumbbells and possible some press ups and pull ups.
 
With time increase the amount you eat and workout.
 
Now don't run into it. Be patient. With time you'll see all the differences.
 
Also soy cream cheese has a lot of protein. give that a go.

Eat healthy, exercise daily, sleep well and most important be tension free.

it more easy for vegans to gain weight just have lots of oily and deep fried foods like cheez pakoda , butter paneer, and lots and lots of potato full of carbohydrate whit regular rice instead of roti
