If they are really going to kill Rathore, this is the only thing I see happening...
Maybe after losing Rathore and Roshni, at the end he might be on the verge of losing Sakshi too...Then  he may realize her importance and value in his life and  confess his love for her, and beg and pray that he dosen't lose her...
Just imagine Arjun saying, " Mene Sam, aur Roshni ko kho diya, ab me tumhe bhi nahin kho sakta Sakshi! Me thumhare bina NAHIN JEE SAKTAAA"

True, time will only tell if this sapna becomes sach or not...
