those who are knowledgeable about cell phone, my HTC one is giving me trouble 😕

Don't get my email what's app message notifications right away 😕 even on 4G network or even at home using wifi. Also once phone is locked, wifi stops working after some time and won't get any messages till I use phone again 😕
