Excatly Neha.. I don;t think that RK is believing that Madhu is in love with Sulthan..
He was clearly showing how it hurts him.. when she says Sulthan's name...  He is sure Madhu can';t see him in pain... and she can't leave him heart broken.. so  he was actually kind of giving hint to Madhu that.. She is hurting him and breaking his heart... and the Pain she is giving to him will last for ever, even after she is gone...  May be he thought that will make her stop doing what she is doing now... and reveal the reason...
But Madhu is trying her best to save his life.. which can be done only if she goes away from him... she knows what makes him irritated and angry.. and she is trying it.. so that at one point he will tell.. Get Lost...  he did say that today...
