I am creating a page for people to talk about problems in India. Its an anonymous page, people could write their problems, or their solution. I just want people to interact so we can all come together and at least change small things .
I am tired of sitting and complaining. Always its the government
This is not about government..this is about us…each of us…as an individual..what we can do for our India.
i dont think government has to do anything about our streets being dirty for example
We could sit and complain or we could do something about it

Why not ? It can make a difference by creating awareness about the need to stop littering at our end and also the need to voice our objection everytime we spot someone littering it. If citizens do not throw things like chocolate wrappers, cola cans, empty packets of chips, fruit peels , polythene packs onto the road it would considerably cut down the litter that needs to be cleared. One could also organise cleanliness drives in select areas with full media coverage. Get the school and college students involved. It should help a lot.

 

FB has a wide reach and has been used in the past for mobilising large number of people at short notice For eg.  The Damini episode in Delhi.
