Ah maybe that's why she wants to write under another name. So it really got bad reviews? Casual Vacancy?

well most sensible people gave it good reviews

but apparently it was too boring( Read Intelligent) and Cynic(Read Realistic) for haters and those who wanted another harry potter

and there are a lot more people in the latter category

No wonder she wrote this book under another pen name. I just read Casual vacancy and it is good. The way reviewers tore it apart I thought I should not even touch it.  That lady knows how to weave a good story and in Causal Vacancy she spins one around a town in England and I found that I looked forward to reading the next part of most characters/families
