Kriti reg that pic u have to use the blur tool at the edge of the pic and in order to remove the background use magicwand tool and click on the areas that u don't want in ur pic then use blur tool to soften the edges

for text there are many fonts available in ps write whatever u want and then if u need to remove the background once again magic wand tool

I used quick selection tool di and save it but background is still visible 😕

And di blur tool effect is not visible..??

use a big size brush tip for blur tool
