It seems that Arnav was in love with her all along but she wasn't certain if
she was in love with him or loved him as a friend

But Dhruv certainly realised that Khushi was in love with Arnav
because her first thought was always how Arnav felt

She even told Dhruv she loved Arnav more than anyone else and
that Arnav is the most important person in the world for Khushi
