Give it 3 options - Caps / Video+Caps / Video that everyone can easily participate in it...

Till then

everyone the rule for vm contest has a slight change ... you can make a VM with only caps as well.
Thus you can make VMs with only caps/caps+vid/only video.


Will add this to the rules and change he thread title first thig tomorrow moening.
