So it starts after manvi faints n virat carries her to the room.. n whole family is worried... viren calls the doctor.. everyone goes out n the doc tells manvi she is pregnant n manvi asks the doc not to tell family members.. thn small Nia IV.. Nia says tht manvi never faked being sick in the show n she really fainted n when she finds out she is pregnant she is Shocked n yet happy but she doesn't want to reveal the news as she first wants Jeevika to get pregnant n thn she will tell the family... small virman bits too.. Virat is holding Manvis hand n Manvi sleeping on his lap..
