But I agree with you - No one is illegitimate, and shouldn't be called so. If the story that Rashid has said is true, then only one person is at fault, and that is Mohan Kundra alone.

As for the trend seen in this forum, I will summarize in a nutshell. As long as Sultan stays in the soap, he will be bashed. wooden face, TRP changer etc etc etc. We see several posts on those everyday. Nothing new in that. If tomorrow Sultan leaves, it will be back to VD versus DD. Already in the midst of Sultan bashing, we see some posts on how the story is about RK and his life, while some others on Madhu and her journey. The forum is divided, and  shall remain so till the soap ends. Because in this forum, members fail to respect other people's views and always want to show who is one up.
