How you define "spirituality"?   upto my knowledge, i think spirituality is something which should make you better with every passing day. it should give you bliss. it should make you stay calm and take life as it comes.happiness and sorrow should be taken in the same way.. to be more precise, according to vedas , the human birth is for once in 4000 births, through this birth we should try our best to attain salvation, help others, not to hurt others, make use of this birth and involve ourselves in all liberation. just do your duty leave the results to him. sorry must have bored you😆

What should we give more importance - "Happiness of our loved ones" or our own happiness? i would go for former instantly, till today i have done everything for others happiness and i feel that it  gives more happiness comparitively.,
