What demons from the past Payal was talking about..looks like this is familiar situation for Payal which she has delt with before and that's why she was all prepared with syringe.
The trigger this time was Arnav's discloser of contract marriage to the family and the reason he gave even after what they went through to stop Khushi from leaving him and RM..the condition she is in too delicate for Khushi they will need to treat her with a lot if care specially Arnav.
Loved the caring and protective sister Payal that is what we should have seen in the show but..
