I do feel bad for both if them but Asad had more to lose. Sure Zoya's first love is probably infected with God knows what now but she had a heads up. She knows its Tannu and Asad didn't intentionally do anything. But the poor guy! He didn't want to venture into this love ka lafda in the first place because he was so afraid of hurting Zoya. He's going kill himself from all the guilt.
And need I mention the fact that he lost his virginity to a billi. Even if he was not taken, I'd still feel bad.
