The Theme of our Very First FC is "RJ-The Epitome of Love"
RJ- Rahul Jaykar has become the Most Memorable and Wonderful Character.
We Smiled with RJ..Learn to Love with RJ and We Cried with RJ
He Made us Cry Like hell and Taught us the Values of True Love

😳So We Salute This Star RJ and Dedicating the 1st FC to RJ😳

Rahul Jaykar- Epitome of Love !!!!!!

Hindi Film had always revolved around hyping the love factor between the lead pair, be it some great historical sagas like Dilwale dulhaniya lejayengey, or be it Mainey pyaar kiya. People still remember SRK as Rahul/Raaj, and Salman Khan as Prem

And now is the time when we know Aditya Roy Kapur as RJ. It was not that all the cult classics were love stories with happy endings, sagas with sad ending also had been made and worked. But those were the days when viewers loved that flavour of typical love, romance, sacrifice and then some action and a perfect ending.

As time passed, the flavours changed, and in the context of 2013, love onscreen usually means being a superior physically strong man, who looks deadly handsome, can do hardcore actions, dance well, fall in love with a completely opposite persona, and winning the girl's heart.

Recently films triggering tears and depressing ends had usually disappointed bad endings, people ended up saying that we disliked the film because the male lead turned out to be a loser, not courageous enough. But inspite of all that dismal conditions, year 2013 got its first blockbuster in the form of a love saga Ashiqui 2 which not had a sad ending, but every possible flavour of a 90s film.

Whenever people talks about the film, one cannot ignore the character of the hero Rahul Jaykar. He indeed at the end made himself look like a looser for many but winner at his own conscience, winner at his heart as his sacrifice is what that made the story so eternal and ever remembering. The affect of Rahul has become as such that instantly the character has become a rage.

A man who is a rockstar with no lacking in his life, but still got drowned into alcohol and addiction as he suffered from loneliness and a motive to live and continue singing. He needed to know that why is he singing, why is he earning, what will he do with so much name and fame when he has no bloody reason to live for. And then only his life takes a turn, he not only finds his smile back but a motive to live and sing.

He finds his lady love, finally a person for whom he can live even if that meant by ignoring his career, his friends, his fans, everything. He not only made her believe in her talent but gave her new heights of success, in the course of which he got drowned more into his addiction with the feeling of guilt and pain that his existence in her life will ruin her beautiful and successful life. Such a man who had nothing to do, or think other than his love arohi, is something which is atleast unseen by many of us in our lifetime in a bollywood film. Rahul Jaykar was once remembered as the nation's heartthrob and later was no more remembered and forgotten totally, but always existed in the form of Arohi's unlimited success, her free life, her motive to go on and lead her life.

Yes, people say that there is always a woman behind a successful man, but Ashiqui2 redefines that, love can come in any form and makes people live life even if it means dying for each other or living for each other. It taught us that there could be also a flawed man behind a spotless woman's success. Such characters of RJ come once for  a lifetime and they leave a mark and set a trend for the writers to write more and more eternal characters like this.

Lastly, we all the fans of Aditya Roy Kapur, thank him and respect him from the bottom of our hearts that he is a gem, he is magical, he was unbeatable as Rahul onscreen, the vulnerability, the complexity, the passion, the pain which he portrayed as RJ onscreen can never be repeated by anyone else and can never be forgotten. Rahul Jaykar, we just feel that, kaash you would exist for real, then  there wouldn't be a short of Arohis here for you.

So Come Lets Re-Live the Moments and make Rahul Alive Once again. As RJ will be always Alive in our Heart

Woh Din Hi Kya Jisme Tum Saath na Ho

Woh Raat hi Kya Jisme Tumhari Yaad na Ho

Dil se Dua hai hamari

Chamakte raho tum aise hi samne koi Rukawat na ho

Aditya Roy Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra in YRF's next

Aditya Roy Kapoor, fresh from the success of Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani and Aashiqui 2 is pared opposite National Award winner Parineeti Chopra for Yash Raj Film's next venture.

The film will be helmed by YRF's Ishaqzaade director Habib Faisal.

Parineeti is currently shooting for another untitled Yash Raj Film with Kai Po Che actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Produced by Aditya Chopra, the as yet untitled film is written and directed by Habib Faisal, and goes on floor in September this year.

The film is slated for a mid-2014 release.

http://www.indianexpress.com/news/aditya-roy-kapoor-parineeti-chopra-in-yrfs-next/1126949/

Alcohol seems to prove lucky for Aditya Roy Kapur

The newcomer, who was last seen in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, has had tryst with drunken characters in both his films so far. He played a character who was an alcoholic in Aashiqui 2 as well.

Interestingly enough, people take him for an alcoholic in real life too! "At parties nowada
ys, Aditya is always offered alcohol first," laughs a close friend. Does he essay an alcoholic in his forthcoming film opposite Parineeti Chopra as well?

"I'll never limit myself by saying I'll only do solo-hero projects" - Aditya

"This one's here to stay", "A sincere performer", "Bollywood has a new talent", were just a few statements critics and viewers made about Aditya Roy Kapur after Action Replayy and Guzaarish released back-to-back in November 2010. Just when it seemed like yet another capable newcomer had made his entry into the industry, he disappeared' and people just got on with their lives. Cut to 2013, and the actor is back on everyone's radar with Aashiqui 2. Post its stupendous success, ARK has emerged like a butterfly from its chrysalis: iridescent, sparkling and confident. "I guess this film was my litmus test," he states with a smile. "It was my first solo release, so there was a lot riding on it. I am truly glad it worked."
But the question remains: after making an impressive start, where did he vanish for over two years? "I didn't sign any projects because I wasn't thrilled with the scripts coming my way. I simply played the patient card and waited it out. I know if you're seen and you keep doing work, you'll get more work. But I couldn't get myself to doing just about anything. So in these last couple of years, I was meeting people, chilling out with friends and basically, doing a lot of time pass."
Time pass or not, an actor not having work is a serious situation. And true enough, depression was lurking right around the corner. "I may have never planned my career but I was pretty clear that I wanted to be an actor. So I wasn't happy about doing nothing. I wanted to work. The only thing that kept me going was the belief that I have my own destiny and that one day, I would pave my own path." Declarations like these coming from the brother of Studio, Disney UTV's head honcho, Siddharth Roy Kapur, seem rather surprising. "We brothers (also includes actor Kunaal Roy Kapur) have made a conscious decision to stay out of one another's careers. I know if I really, really need help, Siddharth will be there for me. If I call him, he'll come to my rescue. But till the time I am able to figure things out for myself, why should I ask for help?" he asks. "We are always there for each other. I take advice from Sid all the time. Even from Kunaal. They're my sounding boards; I speak to them about everything. But we make our own decisions. I'll probably ask Sid for help, the day I believe I've failed."

Unlike Aditya, newcomers today are rather aggressive in their approach. They go all out to get what they want ' whether it's a movie or publicity. But he doesn't feel he's at a disadvantage. He agrees that a newcomer needs to be proactive, he has to be out there. "But I still feel you need to maintain your own sense of self," he asserts. "I want to be a good actor. I love being on the set. I love the process of making a film. But I will do it in a way that it doesn't completely take over my life. I feel it's important to maintain a balance. Work can't be your only life and you can't keep thinking about yourself all the time. If you're constantly thinking about how you are perceived or how you want to be perceived, you stop living."

At present, Aditya's focus is to excel in his craft. "I want to establish myself in the industry. But I am not about to let my profession take over. For example, I played a supporting role in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (YJHD) and though I signed it before Aashiqui 2, everyone had these theories about the film releasing after Aashiqui 2. So I don't let this stuff get to me. I had a blast shooting for YJHD. I wouldn't trade that experience for anything in the world. Plus, I will never limit myself by saying that I'll only do solo-hero projects from now on."

The actor continues in the same breath. "If I like the script, I'll play the second lead. If Leonardo DiCaprio can play second fiddle to a Jamie Foxx in Django Unchained, then anybody can. Hopefully, things will change in our industry soon."
While Aditya may be all gung-ho about new beginnings in his professional life, he refuses to divulge any details about rumoured girlfriend, the Mere Dad Ki Maruti actress, Rhea Chakraborty. "I am single as of now," he grins. "Rhea is just a close friend."
Tease him about being spotted shopping with her on various occasions at a mall in South Mumbai, and he cheekily states, "Haven't you ever gone out shopping with a guy friend of yours to buy something for a colleague or a friend?" Point noted Mr Kapur.

Aditya Roy Kapoor Says No More Boozy Roles

Aditya Roy Kapoor was overheard telling a friend that he is going to stay away from playing an alcoholic in his next few films. This may be because he has kinda been labelled the resident Bollywood alcoholic after both his films Aashiqui 2 and Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani have him playing someone dealing with an addiction!
FYI did you know, in real life Aditya doesn't drink at all and prefers a diet coke over a vodka shot? Yup. He's also extremely health conscious and makes sure he works out daily :) um yeah kid, it shows!

Aditya Roy Kapur bags YRF's next film

Jun 8, 2013, 11.32AM IST Mumbai Mirror[ VICKEY LALWANI ]

With his performance in Aashiqui 2 and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani garnering rave reviews, Aditya Roy Kapur has moved on to his next big project.

The film is scheduled to roll by the end of this year and will co-star Parineeti Chopra. Produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF), the film will be directed by Habib Faisal, of
Do Dooni Chaar and Ishaqzaade fame.

A YRF spokesperson confirmed the news and a source close to the developments elaborated, "The film is a love story. Habib is at the moment scouting locations. Like most of his stories, this too will be set in North India."

On zeroing in on the cast, the source said: "Both Aditya Chopra and Habib Faisal were impressed by Aditya Roy Kapur's performance in
Aashiqui 2 and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. As for Parineeti, her spunk and natural acting is what is required for the character."

While Parineeti has worked under the same banner previously in
Ladies vs Ricky Bahl (2011) and Ishaqzaade (2012), this is Aditya's first film with YRF. Habib's association with the banner dates back to 2010, when he wrote the script of Band Baaja Baaraat. He followed it by writing the dialogues of Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and Ishaqzaade, which he wrote and directed.

Half of the People dont Know that I was a VJ :Aditya

TNN | Jun 7, 2013, 12.00 AM IST

Half the people don't know that I was a VJ: Aditya

Aditya Roy Kapur, who is happy after the success of his film Aashiqui 2, claims that TV didn't typecast him.

On being asked about his career on TV, Aditya said, "I was a video jockey and when you like it or not TV can typecast. I was on TV, but I was not there for more time. Half the people don't know that I was a VJ."

"If I would have been there for more on TV than it would have been bad. There was not an image made for me, it was like fresh face," concluded Aditya.

Aditya Roy Kapur looks up to sis-in-law Vidya Balan

If you thought that there was only one Kapoor family that spoke, ate and breathed movies, think again. There is a new Kapur khandaan that is as crazy about Bollywood.

Vidya Balan, who married Siddharth Roy Kapur, is the latest entrant to join in the madness.

Siddharth's younger brother Aditya reveals, "Nowadays, all that we talk at home is related to movies. Everyone is involved in some way or the other (including older brother Kunaal Roy Kapur). Our parents just want us to shut up."

He also looks up to sister-in-law Vidya for inspiration. "She is fantastic. The roles she has played so far prove what a gutsy woman she is. We are glad to have her around," he says.
