continuation from our previous thread..
before WWI Russia was world leader in OIL and production. All competitors got busy in war and we all know what USA did to japan. After WWII  not only USA became richest country in the world.. there was no competition either. lot of wealth was generated by selling weapons to war torn European countries, its termed as feeding on others' misery. After WWII USA was biggest beneficiary confiscating German patents and increasing productions.
Sad part is they have not stopped since and continued attacking countries to loot oil, wealth or generally being tyrant. Germany has apologised hundreds of times for war crimes and even today Nazi soldiers are dug out and tried. What about American war crime, where is shame apology and punishment?

Can you name few war crimes that America has committed in WWII? Also were these crimes trailed at the ICC (international criminal court)?

Ps, since we are opening a chapter in history, why not put forth some real examples so that we can debate in details ;)

More recently  the  emotional, physical and sexual abuses alleged at the notorious Iraqi prison of Abu Ghraib  at the hands of American personnel after the invasion. The fight for justice rages on.

sure, lets look chronologically

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_massacre, everyone is well aware of this

WWII
Bombing of Dresden in World War II- German city Dresden was bombed by Brit and US forces killing 22000 25000 civilians

Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki - Vintu has provided most details
just a quote from wiki
"the attacks upon Hiroshima and Nagasaki caused such severe and indiscriminate suffering that they did violate the most basic legal principles governing the conduct of war."

Killings of civilians and POW in Italy, Germany Japan some of the massacres :
Another quote from wiki
According to an article in Der Spiegel by Klaus Wiegrefe, many personal memoirs of Allied soldiers have been willfully ignored by historians until now because they were at odds with the "Greatest Generation" mythology surrounding World War II. However, this has recently started to change, with books such as "The Day of Battle", by Rick Atkinson, where he describes Allied war crimes in Italy, and "D-Day: The Battle for Normandy," by Antony Beevor.[21] Beevor's latest work is currently discussed by scholars, and should some of them be proven right, it suggests that Allied war crimes in Normandy were much more extensive "than was previously realized

After the war

Zorro already mentioned Abu Gharaib torture and prisoner abuse

then comes Korean war, Vietnam (much of the barbaric acts are not even acknowledged), Yugoslavia bombing
War on terror(biggest joke so far)

which one do you want to defend?
