He is a firm, strict leader who believes in going by the book and following protocol at all times, and thus, completely opposite of Arjun. This often creates tension between the two. He is a highly efficient and committed cop in every sense of the word ' and it is this very qualification of his that makes him eligible to be the leader of the ETF.
