Simar- Simar has been the most dutiful wife, sister and bahu, but she also plays the role of mother to Anjali perfectly. Though she agreed to give away Anjali to Khushi to save her family, she also became her protector when Khushi went overboard with the little one's torture. Finally when Anjali was handed back to her by Veeru, Simar's joy knew no bounds, and now her baby girl can cheer Simar up after sorrow.
