Zee's new show Dulhan appears to have been heavily influenced by the Balaji serial Koshish Ek Asha. In Koshish… Varun Badola played a mentally challenged guy who is married to Sandhya Mridul who is unaware of his condition.
It is rumoured that in Dulhan too the female lead will be married to someone who is mentally challenged. Just like Mridul she too will try her best to make her husband normal again. The vamp in this serial will be Kamya Punjabi who makes the poor brides life hell. |
