deeps, as far as I know -- we too have this concept -- I think couple of years back - we also had that extra month and all the dates got delayed...
usually its 14th or 15th in the english calendar when its the first day of baisakh...i know you guys had adhik maas -- coz yours saawan ka month was extended last year --but am am not sure if this happens in bengalis also every 3 years -- will have to check on that...
