Chapter 4

 

 

At khushi's home ( night time)

 

Khushi was never happier in her life than this moment. Arnav had just confessed that he loves her. She entered in her house ; the house for which she had fought with her family as they wanted her to live with them but khushi knew that if she lived with them in the same house , she will not be able to survive as she will not have the little independency that she had , living in a house of her own , alone without them . she ran into her room and closed the room's door.

 

 

Khushi's pov

Arnav loves me. She lied down on her bed remembering what happened a while ago and blushed . now, there will be no sadness nor loneliness in my life . with that thought , she slept hugging her and arnav's photo with a cute smile on her face.

 

At arnav's home ( night time)

 

Arnav entered his home after leaving khushi at her home. There was silence in the house that means everyone is sleeping ,he thought. But there was no smile or happiness on his face . it was as if he was really angry of himself. He entered his room

 

Arnav's pov

 

He fisted his hand on the table. How could I do this? How could I not control myself from telling khushi that I love her.i was able to ignore her the whole day then what happened to me when I saw her at night. How could I not ignore her at that time too. No, I cannot tell her that I love her. I cannot make her believe in a truth that is never going to be a truth. I love khushi and will love her even after my death . khushi is my first and last love . but , I am so unlucky that I cannot tell her that I love her. I cannot spend my whole life with her. I cannot make her start believing in my love. I will ignore her and then soon she herself will leave me. Yes , I am really sorry khushi . I love you.it is my mistake . I should not have fallen in love with you when I knew that I cannot love anyone . with that he also slept hugging his khushi's photo .

 

At morning

 

Khushi quickly got ready as she wanted to meet arnav and spend time with him . arnav and khushi had to go to the hospital as there was a very important surgery today.

At hospital

 

When khushi arrived she saw arnav . she at once became happy and went to him.

Khushi: hi

Arnav had felt her but pretended to be busy as he had to ignore her.

The chief , Richard came

Chief: hi , so without any further delay , go and meet your patient

They both went there

They saw a girl in her 20's lying lifelessly , she had tumour . her name was Margaret

Arnav khushi read the patient's history

Margaret : I donot want the surgery

Arnav : but your tumour is on the last stage .

Khushi : if u donot have surgery then u will die

Margaret started crying

Khushi went towards her

Khushi : wat happened , u can share your pain with us

Margaret told khushi that she loves her husband badly and he does too but his family doesn't like her because of which her husband has turned cruel towards her and he and his family doesn't want her to undergo surgery as they want her to die

Margaret told khushi how much she loves him]

Khushi had tears in her eyes . she looked at arnav and arnav also looked at her.

They both had an eyelock which didn't go unnoticed by Margaret.

Arnav : where is your husband?

Margaret : downstairs

Arnav : ok I will call him here . khushi u take care of her]

Arnav went downstairs and brought Margaret's husband ,with him

Arnav and khushi told him everything about her health . he looked like he was concerned and loved Margaret a lot but then he refused the surgery

Husband : I donot love her . I loved her but now I don't . I thought love is a good thing so I should marry her but after marrying I think love is a useless thing

 

By hearing this arnav and khushi became angry

At that time , arnav realized that khushi loves him a lot . but he controlled himself saying that he can not express his feelings to her . he has to ignore her because ( agar yeh bata diya toh suspense khatam  😈 )

Arnav : if u love her truly then u should agree for this surgery

Husband : but

Husband to margaret : I love u

And then they both hugged each other to which arshi were smiling

Husband : she will undergo surgery

They went from there

Outside

 

Arnav : khushi , can I ask u something?

Khushi : yeah arnav

Arnav : What Actually The WORLD Is for u?

Khushi : I've seen castle made out of sand,
Met people who believe destiny is engraved on the palm of their hands,
I've seen people change their faith,Experience love change into hate,
I've seen people grow younger with age,
And a bird who wouldn't fly out of an open cage,
I've seen love sold for money,
People who are devasted inside but out side they're funny,
I've seen the unicorn fall in love with toad,
People who owned half the city have now hit the road,
I've learned to expect the unexpected,
Perfection doesn't exist we're all defected,
Everyone cries,Some just hide their tears,
They say coal turns diamond over a thousand and years,

For me  u are  one in million,For others u are   just another Nobody in the billion...??

 

arnav was feeling so many things at that time that he couldn't control himself but to hug her . he hugged her tightly . at first khushi was shocked but then she also hugged him , feeling comfort in his arms .

 

they both kept hugging each other which was witnessed by Margaret and her husband.

 

Arnav soon realized what he did and cursed himself for  doing so.

Khushi realized that arnav was feeling uncomfortable and when he abruptly finished the hug . she felt his behavior different than last night .

Khushi : arnav , what happened , r u okay?

Arnav : ( angry) we should start preparing for the surgery , don't u know that , you are so irresponsible . god knows who made you a doctor.!

Khushi : arnav

But arnav had already left from there

 

 

 

So , how was it ?
