When Kunal asked about the desi tadka in the cake, Happy said the flavouring will be with elaichi.

Then Kunal asked whatelse will be desi tadka, Happy thought hard & said ye hamara desi nimbu hai. Hum iska flavour istemaal karenge.

Vikas was openly laughing & enjoying the conversation.

Happy was just trying to make their dish sound Indian:-) Desh ka nimbu LOL

Are they the ones making the cardamom flavoured cake? He must have said that as chefs would have indicated there is nothing new in their thinking regarding Indianness
