Part 2
-------Flashback-------
Rey was sitting in a club with a large glass of tequila beside him when Swayam came & sat down in an adjacent chair.
"Hey Rey! What's up?" he asked. "I'm seeing you after such a long time."
"Hey"
The tone of Rey's voice made Swayam look at him.
"Are you alright?" he asked."I have never seen you looking so down"
Rey didn't reply, he was just looking down at his glass & Swayam asked him in a different tone.
"What Happened? Is something bothering you? Can I help you?"
"Not unless you can tell me to the best way to put a bullet through my head!" Rey replied
Swayam looked at him and said:
"Are you serious"
"Yes, but if I shoot myself my mom would be very hurt. She is the only person I trust in this damned crooked filthy world where everybody lies, & lies, & lies."
"It's not like you to talk like this" Swayam said." What happened?"
Rey laugh bitterly & Swayam who knew him since school days, realised that he had consume alot of alcohol, which was out of character.
"Tell me what's wrong" he asked."
As if he was glad to have someone with whom he can share his feelings, Rey replied:
"It's just that I have learn that the only thing that counts in a man possession---is not himself."
"You are not talking about Taani!" Swayam asked.
"Who else?" Rey replied."I just realise that she was not what she pretend to be, as much in love with me as I was with her"
He paused and his fingers tightened on his glass as he said:
"I loved her, Swayam, I loved her with my whole heart."
"I know Rey" Swayam replied quietly,"but what happened then"
Rey laugh bitterly & unpleasantly & replied:
"She met Shivam!"
