This thing which he is doing is very much him !! Dips as just saying and I am damn sure she'd never have cut her wrist the second time too. And if her love was true, she'd have been ready in the first time itself, so both the situations are completely different. RK is doing all this withou being in his true senses as he himself believes that for love, you don't need any sense. And thus, he is not afraid of anything. He doesn't care even if he loses his life. He measures love in terms of junoon as junoon is his definition of love. Hence, he is following his junoon i.e. his love.
