An Indo-Japanese co-production, this movie was released back in 1992, & still remains the BEST ANIMATED RAMAYAN movie till date.

the highlight for me remains the song, "PANCHVATI MANBHAVAN UPVAN"

which begins somewhere around 27th- 28th minute of the movie, and that 4-5 minute song remains the best description of Lord SitaRam's stay in the forest you'll ever get to see.
