Her explanation seems credible for the reasoning of the possible upcoming scenario.
RK had once forced Dips to show her lack of actual feeling by asking her to cut her wrist, in order to expose her melodramatic dialogues with his own.
That was in the hospital during his recovery after his getting shot.
If he is offering Madhu the proof of unthinking love that he had known Dips would not give.
We'll have to wait for the actual scene to see what actually happens.
