Different prediction...! Wow..😊 this idea never came to my mind.. May be there's a possibility.. But surely there must be a past connection between them... even unknowingly.. I can slightly remember when RK was shot, Bitto was worried about the nuisence calls RK got.. Remember?? It was from a person called 'Sultan'' Check for the episode in 10th October.. ( I think.. not sure..lol) 

Maybe he is his step brother and that would make Sultan a perfect rival of R.K.
