Hi Friends,

Adobe Reader has a built-in security feature in place designed to keep the valuable information in your PDF file out of the prying eyes of others. You can put a password on your PDF or pick out which computer users have the ability to open the file and which don't. Removing the PDF security will allow anyone, anywhere access to your file. This can be removed using the main Adobe Reader program.

1. Double-click on your PDF file to open it in the Adobe Reader program. You can only disable PDF security if the actual secure file is open in Adobe Reader.

2. Click "Document" at the top of the Reader window. Click the "Security Settings..." icon in this window.

3. Click on the listing for the security measure that is in place on your Adobe PDF. Click the "Remove" button to remove that security measure from the PDF file.
